- Bill and collect monthly/quarterly association dues.
- Pay of bills in a timely manner.
- MaintainĀ all the books and files of all association.
- Meet with the board of directors as necessary.
- Conduct meetings and preparing minutes and treasurer reports.
- PrepareĀ the yearly budget for the board of directors approval.
- Prepare the monthly/quarterly statements.
- Obtain bids and contract work to be done for the association.
- On-site walkthrough of the property for inspection and maintenance issues
