MTN. VIEW PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS HOA INFORMATION
Mtn. View Plaza Condominiums is a 21 unit complex contained in one building. It was built in 1959. The Association was turned over to the homeowners in 1965.
Mtn. View is located within the Durango city limits and has public roads leading to it that are maintained by the city of Durango. The parking lot is maintained by the HOA.

The Homeowners Association pays for the water, sewer, trash pick-up and the natural gas for the hot water. Owners are responsible for the electricity, cable TV, telephone and natural gas for their heating system inside their unit.
Homeowners Dues
: Monthly assessments are $200.00. They are due on the first day of each month. There is a 30 day grace period. There are no special assessments currently.
Dues include the water, sewer, trash, exterior maintenance of the buildings, snow removal and lawn care, sprinkler system, structural insurance for the buildings, and repair and replacement of the structures.
The Association has a checking account with Alpine Bank of Durango. Please check with the property management company for current balance.

Insurance:
The buildings are insured by State Farm Iinsurance, Jay Hwang, agent. His number is 970-247-3105. The buildings are insured. The deductible is $10,000.00. There is also liability coverage for the common areas. There is a Board of Directors policy as well. The Property Manager carries $25,000 in the form of a fidelity bond. The interior of each unit and personal items belonging to the owner are not insured. For specific questions about coverage or a copy of the policy, please contact the agent at the number above.Meetings:
The Association meets at least one time per year for the annual meeting. The board members talk with each other throughout the year on an as needed basis. A copy of the most recent annual meeting minutes may be obtained from The Property Manager.Pets:
Pets are allowed as long as they do not disturb the neighbors. Owners are asked to clean up after their pets.Parking Spaces:
There are no assigned parking spaces; it is on a first come-first served basis. The occupants work it out among themselves as to where people are going to park.Signs
