SUNBIRD I CONDOMINIUMS HOA
The meeting was called to order at 5:35 PM at 160 W. 8th St., Durango, Colorado.
Those present were Caroni Adams and Angelo Stancampiano. There was a quorum.
The minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved.
The treasurer’s report was reviewed. The Association has $6,812.61 in checking and $1674.35 in savings for a total of $8486.96. The treasurer’s report was accepted. The income is up because snow removal cost less this winter and one homeowner has paid ahead.
The proposed budget was reviewed. After budgeting money for fixed expenses such as management fees, gardening, insurance, water and sewer, tax preparation, snow removal and postage $2175.00 left for maintenance and repairs.
The chimney’s will be inspected and cleaned in the fall.
Caroni will get a bid for repairs and replacing the driveway. Sunbird II will be contacted to see if they have any money to participate in the cost of the driveway.
Angelo asked about replacing the windows and sliding doors. He can go ahead and do this as long as they match the other doors.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:35 PM.
